New Frat House?

The university has said either 3 new houses or 1 new house will be put up. Any idea which fraternity will be getting it?

it’s dtd and chi phi but it’ll take at least 4 years

The University master plan has no new houses on University, there will be new houses built off Bryce drive and they will be ZBT and Chi Phi as they will lose their houses with the expansion of Bryant Hall
