Is jefferson actually bad?

Im looking to rush next year as an incoming freshman at UA, and im wondering if jefferson is actually a bad street to be on. And are there any frats that are considered good on jefferson?

A lot of girls actually enjoy Jefferson because the guys seem to be chiller than University who can be stuck up sometimes; and yea houses like delta chi are better than some university houses

There are a few reputable houses on Jefferson street that are decent and possibly better than a few on University. DTD, DX, KE, LXA and ZBT.

If you put Delt, Delta Chi or Kappa Sig on University, they’d be better than ATO, Sig Ep, Beta, Phi Psi, Sigma Chi, and possibly Pike.
But, those 3 houses are stuck on Jefferson.

Sig Ep was on Jefferson until a few years ago and I think their grades is what gave them the push they needed for the house on university
