Current student being honest based on what I've heard and experienced.

University:

Top - Deke, Pike, Pi Kapp, Phi Delt, Sigma Nu
Mid - Phi Gam, SAE, KA, Sigma Chi
Lower - Theta Chi, Sig Ep, Beta, ATO
Bottom - Phi Psi

Jefferson:

Top - Delta Chi, Lambda Chi, Kappa Sig
Mid - ZBT, Chi Phi, Sigma Pi, DTD
Lower - everyone else; never met someone in any of the others if that means anything
