ZTA Extremely Overrated
by: WhyWhy is ZTA considered a “top” house just for “pretty” girls? When you really look they aren’t all pretty, just tons of filters and IG followers. Anyways, if that’s all they have going for them, how does that make them “top” with bad grades and retention?

They aren’t just “pretty”. They are fun, social, positive, upbeat, and friendly (unless of course you’re a hater on them).
They may not be top of the grade list, but a majority of their girls do have great grades - 20 percent 4.0 and another 36 percent over 3.5. So they are generally smarter and more involved than the trolls here want to admit.
Most people would rather be around a fun, good looking, friendly girl with a good chance of being smart than boring, unattractive one with a sure shot of a 4.0!

If your point is then “ranks don’t matter because you can say the same things about them all” - well that’s your opinion.
The OP asked why those that rank put them “top” - and my point would be because many want to be part of them and many want to be around them. And, like it or not, that’s not as true of all houses.
Yes agree, they have their detractors and haters - but can’t deny their pull!

Rush is such a superficial and well rehearsed process that some girls are bound to feel disillusioned after bid day. in both NR and OR houses.
