zta has become more desired over the past 4 years. however, i don't think you can say that zta and pi phi are not on the same tier as many of their new members pick between the two. both are great houses, but move zta down one.

Exactly! ^^^ ZTA's pledge class last year was amazing. PC21 not so much. They definitely have some gorgeous girls, but the other half are all 'Pick Me' girls. Pi Phi rocked recruitment this year with all of 'the girl next door' new members.
