any new frats/sororities coming?

I am an active member of Greek life and my mom was in trisigma! I’d love to see them establish here in the future.

The university master plan from a few years ago included space for two new houses. Now that SK is back that leaves one.
AXiD presented with APhi and DG when Panhellenic voted to open for extension in 2007. Supposedly they're not interested in trying again, but who knows. They definitely seem like the logical choice.

Is alpha phi new? says they were founded in 1935. were they off campus and recolonized? So Aphi and DG are that new? I only knew of Sigma Kappa being added recently.

APhi was on campus from 1932 to 1963 and came back in 2008. DG was on campus from 1947 to 1978 and came back in 2011.

there was an alpha xi chapter at bama. i don’t know what circumstances resulted in them
leaving campus, but it’s possible for them to recharter!
