Can you come get your employee? Posting a thread and responding to themselves over and over in a matter of minutes is not a good look and way too obvious.
While we appreciate that you hire people that have nothing better to do with their lives and can't make it out of the basement, it's probably a good idea to train them better. Honestly it's embarrassing for both of you.
