It is impossible to rank all the houses in an order that most will agree with. There really isn't a single "best" house. This has been said multiple times, but I am going to say it again... This is why being yourself is so important during the recruitment process. You want to find a house that you fit in well with!! Here are groups of houses that I think are similiar and PNMs are really happy to end up here on bid day.
Group 1: Phi mu, ZTA, APHi, GPHI
Group 2: KKG, KD, DDD, Pi PHi, ADPi
Group 3: AXO, AGD, AOPI, DG, THETA

Since reading comprehension is hard for you... These aren’t ranks, she simply grouped together houses that are similar.

I would put DZ in group one cuz social, partying & care ab appearance
I would put XO in group three they just fit the vibe w the other ones being a mix of religious & studious & nice girls
I would put SK in another group along w theta
I would also make a separate group for KKG and KD cuz i feel like those 2 have a vibe of their own
So it would be
Group 1: Phi mu, zta, alpha phi, gphi, dz
Group 2: DDD, pi phi, adpi
Group 3: AXO, alpha gam, XO, DG, Aopi
Group 4: KKG & KD
Group 5: Theta & SK
