Sigma kappa new house

Ok so obviously sigma kappa is new so that’s why they don’t have a huge house, but when are they getting a bigger one? i feel like pnms would rather go to the bigger houses so i just don’t know how sigma kappa is even able to get new people in their pcs without a big house.
