does sk have a vibe yet?

They’re kind of a mixed bag right now since they didn’t start fully participating in formal recruitment until PC’19 if I remember right. Informal recruitment definitely tends to attract a different type of girl than formal recruitment does, and they’ve only had 2 years of doing typical rush. In my personal opinion theta > sk just because they’re more developed on campus and they actually have a real house, but that could easily change in the future because sk has the potential to improve a lot

I'd say OOS girls, lil awkward but cutesy

SK has a lot of really nice girls. This is only their 3rd year on campus. It's a smaller group...about 200 members. They have lots of events, date parties, swaps, sisterhood, etc. They are in the swing house now. A mansion is definitely coming and that will help even the playing field. Meantime, don't count them out. Keep an open mind!

I'd say they're most comparable to aopi, not quite exactly the same but that same vibe of just genuine, nice normal girls

I'd say they're nice girls but still very much a random mixed bag. Which is to be expected for a few years; I think in the next 5 yrs they will have established a more solid "type"

Do we know when/if they’re getting their own house? I think more pnms would be interested in them once they’re out of the swing house

There is currently no references to any future sorority house construction for SK on the University's construction management website. So, probably a few more years away

From what I've heard, SK National said that they need to be on campus a certain number of years (don't know the number) and also be able to fill the rooms in the swing house each year before they can get a house. House is almost full this year and full for next year. But a new house is for sure in the plans of SK. Maybe when Tut gets torn down in another year, plans will firm up...there will be plenty of room for several new mansions!
