If you have good southern connections - DKE, SAE
If you want to be surrounded by smart kids - Phi Gam, ATO, Sig Ep
If you want a mix of northern/southern - Pi Kapp, Sigma Chi, Pike
If you want Northern - Pike, Phi Psi, Sig Ep
If you just want to be on Uni - Beta

I get your point, you trying to help PNMs by grouping the University Blvd fraternities by stereotypes. There is some truth to how you listed them. Some houses have stronger appeal to those who come from Alabama and some from outside of Alabama.
Though PNMs should choose the house they feel the best connection with, regardless of the stereotype.

SigEp is committed to being a different kind of fraternity – one that recognizes the importance of the out-of-classroom experience and is committed to making that experience the safest and most empowering part of a college male’s life. SigEp is unique in that our brotherhood and all fraternity events are alcohol and substance free by choice. The brothers feel that the brotherhood we are constantly striving to build does not require alcohol to exist. The chapter also works to encourage other fraternities toward eradicating dangerous and illegal alcohol consumption.

Yeah at that point it just comes down to personal preference, but a lot of girls would prefer Jefferson houses than to those two lmao

I’d say Delta chi would be better than both and maybe lamda chi but prob not imo.
