Dorm move in question

I have read where you are not suppose to bring a trailer. However, I have my sisters hand-me-down Head board/shelf. Is that a hard rule or can you use one to bring big items? What's the deal?

It’s a hard rule. They won’t let you in the move in line. If you can’t fit everything into one or 2 cars, you’re probably bringing way too much stuff. You can have things shipped to the ferg if needed

^ that’s complete BS, I brought one my freshmen year 2 years ago and the again for my brother this year... the rule is actually two cars or if you’re only bribing one car you can bring a trailer, have your parents email the school and let them know you will traveling down with only one car and you need a trailer and they’ll be completely fine with it don’t worry
