This is most likely a troll post to pick on houses, but on the off chance it isn’t, you won’t get a correct answer on here. No one knows about every houses sisterhood and the answers will be a bunch of made up stuff to either bash certain houses or praise certain houses.
Here’s the correct answer. There are 400 girls in a house. There is drama in every house. There are cliques in every house. There are fun sisterhood events in every house. There are great friendly girls in every house. There are not-so-nice girls in every house. When it comes to sisterhood, it’s honestly what you make it.
Nothing you hear on this site will be accurate.

I agree to an extent, every house has every type of girl, BUT there are definitely some houses that tend to recruit more of the genuine, nice, girl next door type and some that tend to recruit more of the fake shallow type. Not everyone in a given house will fit that stereotype, but it definitely plays a role in the general sisterhood of a house in my opinion
