top: they have what their known for and key strengths but all well rounded and highly sought after. they choose who they want or lose girls to each other.
middle: 3 different houses. pbp > well rounded mix adp > smart, involved. aphi > looks/trendy social media. all popular with out of state girls, just depends what type you are.
mid mid: gphi/dz on the rise. focusing more on social/looks and doing better each yr.
lower mid: aopi/dg more involvement and academic based. not a bad thing, but if that’s you it may not be your first choice if you can go adp/pbp.
next: kat/sk i see as girls in sororities that don’t care about ranks and just wanted to be apart of greek life

I don’t want to hate on anyone but there is some truth. ZTA and PBP are top picks whether OR wants to admit that or not. They consistently get solid PCs. Maybe they aren’t old money from Alabama or wealthy private school girls but they are popular. ADPi DZ and GPB are all solid too. They have gorgeous PCs - just don’t have the connections/grades going through rush. AGD and KD are the safety nets for girls who can’t get in the other OR houses but have connections/money. They don’t usually get top PCs (KD gives a ton of snap bids) but the girls are happy at the ends of the day.

I would say that this is almost 💯 right but I think this year KD did a lot better than the past couple of years. I also think Gamma Phi and DZ pulled much a better PC than Alpha PHI this year on all accounts and especially in terms of looks . I think if we ranked in terms of PC’s this year this would be my take.

Phi Mu is on year 3 of getting bad pledges classes. They are not at all what they used to be.

Also Zeta needs to sit down. They are maybe the 6th, 7th or 8th best house. So quit self ranking you Hooters waitresses.
