100% real ranks. I feel like some of the top houses and bottom houses can be mixed around within each tier but ultimately this is it.

I feel bad for the PNMs who come in thinking Zeta is a top house only to have their expectations shattered. Zeta is a fine house, just not top. I have nothing to gain or lose from admitting the truth... whereas Zeta has everything riding on their self ranking on this site.
