oor/ oos description

what is oor and oos? i think oos is out of state but is oor out of region? and if so what is considered out of region?

out of state typically means southern states (georgia, louisiana, texas, some parts of florida, kentucky, tennesse, mississippi, arkansas, north/south carolina)... maybe virginia depending on who you ask. out of region is basically everyone else!

Sort of. OOS is literally anyone from any state other than alabama, OOR is anyone not from the south. So you can be both oos and oor, and you can be oos but not oor
