why is kappa a top house

They do really well in rush and usually have one of the highest retention rates. They’re very popular with fraternities. They are fun and laid back. They don’t have good social media (probably because they don’t focus much on it) but they do well despite that. They also have decent (not amazing but good) grades and involvement. I think they’re ranked high bc they have a little of everything, and bc they’re wanted by a ton of girls from AL/the south in general

They also take some cute oos girls which helped them broaden their appeal to more than just southern girls, unlike the other OR houses

This is so accurate! Kappa is also just one of the best houses nationally. It’s honestly a top sorority at nearly every school! So they have such a strong alumni network if you do want to move elsewhere after graduation.
