Pros & Cons for

Pros: all suite style dorms and all close to one another. Ridgecrest is like a 3 min walk to lakeside and a 6 min walk to pres. I lived in ridge crest but hung out with my friends in pres all the time. I noticed the girls in tut tend to stick together and the girls in the suite style dorms stick together cause it’s more convenient to make friends with girls close to u in the beginning of the year

I lived in Ridgecrest and I actually loved it. I couldn't see myself living anywhere else. Theres all different types of people, some in greek life and some not, some who like nights-in and some who don't - you get a really vast variety of people and interests living here. It gave me a lot of true friendships. Also has really nice and quiet 24 hour study rooms, and the kitchen is a huge plus.

I would go with pres over lakeside. Pres is nicer and newer, has more people (including cute girls), and is usually just the place to be (at least my freshman year). Especially if you go new row. They’re like a 2 min walk apart though, and lakeside is slightly closer to your classes. Lakeside is also wild and fun I would find roommates you like first and figure it out together
