I’m transferring next fall and still want to be in Greek life. I’m young for my age would they know if I lied and said I was a sophomore instead of a junior

status isn’t defined by age it’s by credits. You sure you’re in college?

I’m aware but I’m saying it wouldn’t be abnormal for me to say I’m a sophomore based on my age. I’m aware of how it works. I’m a male tho so more so talking about fraternity rush. I feel the need to lie because they know a junior isn’t gonna live in and add much to the house but I’m also gonna have to do a 5th year now so. Just was wondering if they could see how many credit hours I have

Watch Lauren Norris the Pi Phi Youtuber. She was 21 when she went through recruitment and she did just fine. You'll be fine, age is fine. Sororities also will know who you are, your age, and your grade. Don't worry about it.

No.

Why would a fraternity want a dishonest brother? Sure, you could lie, but when they find out (because they will find out) you'll be dropped by the house or they'll bring you up before standards and make a fool out of you.
