What happens when you only have one top left by pref-ADPI, Pi Phi
- GPhi, APhi, DZ, DG, AoII ( no order in tiers)
Good alternative choices- Theta, SK ( no order in teirs)

I don't think this is true for everyone. Some of these "top choices" have very specific "type" of girls who like them and who they like, so especially for girls from OOR, this are not always most wanted. I know plenty of girls who wanted PiPhi, ADPi, DZ, APhi, GPHI, DG, AOPi, or Theta as a top choice from the beginning. Depends if you are going through rush looking for where you are connecting with others or if you are listening to the "tent talk". Also, many legacies want their legacy house, no matter the "ranking" or whether its OR or NR.

I would say AOII is equal to DG but not equal to DZ. I personally would move ADPi to the mid with APhi and DZ, make a lower mid with GPhi, DG, AOII, and Theta, then put SK and SDT on the bottom. KD should not be top. It should be mid at this point.

rank depends on what youre looking for in a house. If you want a southern and big in state house that cares about history and alum that focuses primarily on grades, involvement, and religion I would say alpha gam, alpha chi, and chi omega are top houses.
If you’re looking for very southern and mainly in state houses that care about history and alum but like to party but also still good grades I would say kappa kd tri delt and phi mu are top houses. Out of these though phi mu is known to have pretty girls if that’s what ur looking for
If you want a house to just have fun party and take girls no matter where theyre from then top houses would be zeta pi phi gamma phi. Zetas are known for being hot girl sorority pi phi has a great mix of girls like personality/ looks and has good grades and gamma phi has lower grades and a good amount of party and nice girls.
If you’re looking for a much more chill sorority who take just pretty much every type average nice girls from anywhere with an academic focus then I would say delta gamma adpi and aopi is top
if you care about partying guys and looks then alpha phi is top they have fun girls from all over and awful gpa
Delta zeta is also a very chill sorority and has about every type of girl In there. They take girls from all over and don’t have a good gpa \n\n\n\n\n

I would put GPhi below DZ, actually. DZ is chill with fun, cute girls from all over. Lower overall gpa than sorority average but usually still above GPhi. GPhi is a mix of party girls with low gpa and not cute girls with better gpa, so averages out. DG and AOPi are higher gpa involved girls, but kind of quirky and not as cute.
