I’ve heard this Jefferson house is trending up? Because you can’t trust the ratings on this website, can you tell me any details y’all know about this house in regards to brotherhood, pledgeship, parties, how well its respected as a fraternity, comparison to other Jefferson houses, etc.

I have no idea how some people claim they’re a good Jefferson house on here. I’ve never heard that on campus.TBH they give off similar vibes to Sig Tau, nicest thing I can say is that they’re “quirky” nice guys.

Most of the other Jefferson houses give off chill stoner vibes but there’s just something off this house
