Old row and New row?

I wanna rush next year and was wondering what is the diff between old and new row i see it everywhere

There is no difference in Greek experience, just some old alumni mom's promoting that old row is better to justify their own choices in life and to still feel relevant. Mostly Old row Fraternities and Sororities are just some local Alabama people promoting elitism in their home towns to feel good about themselves.

Old Row and New Row are just labels to differentiate the houses since there are so many.
