How To Be More Appealing To Phi Mu
by: ...What would Phi Mu’s ideal pnm be like? I’m from far oor with no connections at bama, but would really like to be a phi mu (there’s various reasons for this & ik to not get my heart set on one house). that said, does anyone have any advice?

I’m not gonna lie, when I was a PNM I was in love with Phi Mu. The house seemed so glamorous and untouchable. When I rushed, I was also OOS, I had good grades and was really involved... and PM dropped me after the first round lol.
I ended up in a house I originally didn’t particularly care for but I’ve grown to love it and I think it compliments me well. I know the gossip and ranks on here can be addictive, especially to PNMs who want the “best” sorority experience, and I know most PNMs go into rush playing favorites... all I can say is DON’T BE FOOLED by the smoke and mirrors.

100% true about the smoke and mirrors. of course certain houses look amazing when they only post their prettiest members and carefully choose insta filters. don’t get caught up in the glitz and glamor facade some houses portrait.
