Transfer Student Odds, please help

I am from North Carolina but I have family who attended Alabama. I decided to go to college in NC because I wanted to be close to my fam but they are encouraging me to transfer to Alabama and I also really want to. I am a legacy for DG, pi phi, and AGD.(my sister, mom and grandma). I did not rush at this university because I knew I would probably transfer so I wanted to wait. I am currently a freshman. I have good grades, a ton of involvement, and I have already started my resume/looking for letters of rec. What are my odds of getting a good house at Alabama? Any advice?

If it helps to add to my post, all the males in my family were pikes and I am in a relationship with a pike at my university and I am currently in the running for dreamgirl so I would really love to know my odds with a house who is close with Pike at Alabama.

Rush, join a house then... hang out with Pikes. Your house doesn’t need to be close with them for you to be close with them.
