Guessing a DZ had my comment deleted because it said something about how they cross rush with Theta (it's literally just the truth).
Anyway I give kudos to DZ to standing up for a house that they compete for girls with. It would be easy to let it happen to make your own house look better.

I agree, there are always a huge amount of girls with DZ/Theta for pref and normally when 2 houses are like that they try and bring each other down as much as possible.
