Is it better to get letters of rec from alumni?
by: PnmIs it better to get your letters of rec from alabama alumni or from alumni of another chapter. Or does it not matter

Alabama will hold more weight, unless the alum is a big time donor and known by nationals or the UA chapter advisors. If not UA, another SEC chapter would be the next best, or a chapter everyone knows is really strong (like a Pi Phi rec from a UT alum). If that’s not possible any rec is ALWAYS better than no rec.
