There is no way to rank them. Each house got some top and some not so top. No one house swept the row.
Top this year (in no order)
AXO - got some girls everyone wanted but also pledged too many from certain high schools and of course the oppsie squirrels are crying girl hurt
DDD - got a few everyone wanted and a few what the heck were they thinking
KD, KKK - both better than last year, overall good but no better than anyone else
PM, XO - some very strong, some average, I would rank them both very high this year
Middle (no order)
AGD, ZTA - not as bad as everyone is acting like but not as good as last year. Average at best.
Rest (in no order)
PBP - decent, no stand outs bad or good. Best of the rest by a long shot.
DG, DZ, AOPi, GPB, ADPi - not a bad year but not as good as top/middle group. I would rank them all even
Theta - slightly below the others but they got some really good girls.
SK - pretty good year to be so new
SDT - not a good year but it was their first year doing full rush in a long time
