in my sorority we mostly drop girls simply because we don’t think they’d be a good fit in our chapter or we could see them in a different chapter much more easily.
reputation is also a big one. it kinda sucks tho bc you don’t want awful mean girls in your new pledge class but you also want to give girls the benefit of the doubt to change and be a new person in college.

Tons of girls come thru thinking they’re going to be a hot pick... Truth is, half of the girls rushing were the pretty, popular girl of their high schools. Good looks will only carry you so far. Grades, involvement, and reputations play a much bigger role than PNMs think.
