Thoughts on PM?

Do you guys consider PM a top house? It seems like there are a lot of really split opinions

I don’t think it’s in the top 5, but it’s still a top house as all of old row is top in my opinion. I think 60% girls tend to go the other old row houses instead of going KD and Phi Mu, but some girls do pick KD and PM over the other houses.
