this is all my opinion, everyone has different preferences:)
wow : gphi, adpi, phi mu, kd, xo
nice : theta, axo, kappa, sk ( they are so small but so pretty)
eh : aphi, agd, dd, dg, pi phi
yuck : sdt, zta, ddd, aoii

AXO has a great set up because it looks like they have one of the best lots (not backing up into anyone and more square instead of long and narrow) and I like their balconies! I also love how KD’s side entrance is really pretty + all their lawn space. Zeta’s is really pretty just harder to get a good view of the house since magnolia is such a narrow street. And I love alpha phi’s because it’s so unique! I think Aopi and phi mu probably have some of the prettiest interiors.
You really can’t go wrong with any house, they are all stunning!

my opinion (based only on exteriors)
faves: kd, kappa, dg, aopi
like a lot: pbp, dz, zta, gphi
eh: phi mu, aphi, adpi
still beautiful just not my fave: agd, axo, xo, ddd, theta
adpi/agd/axo just all look too similar and boring to me. theta's doesn't look like a house to me, reminds me more of an academic building (beautiful inside tho!!). and it doesn't feel fair to rank sk and sdt's houses among these mansions lol.

I would say AXO has one of the least impressive foyers of all the houses. I love the look of the three doors leading into the foyer. But once inside it’s underwhelming. The rest of the house is super pretty tho.
