UA selling SNU lot to Moe’s

I can not believe the university is selling plots of land near the stadium, they sold sigma nu’s land to Moe’s and I think that is ridiculous. The university should be growing not shrinking. Let the boys play.

The University is building a new Fraternity Row again. DKE, SNU, Phi Gam and a couple others are being moved to where Bryce used to be near nORth lawn. That is where the new fraternity row is going to be

Nope, Still gonna be Old Row. Some New row houses are going to move there too. Eventually in the 10 - 20 year plan all of the fraternities will move there

According the the Universities strategic plan the only 2 fraternities being moved are ZBT and Chi Phi to make room for academic building expansion. They are not moving any of the west side fraternities.

-Don't forget the box frats. I think UA is planning to develop the other side of Jefferson (where the "apartments" are) into small group/developmental housing-which is where they'll move to.

-UA wants the Bryce Lawn project to be "Greek free" in that they aren't going to shove a fraternity house in front of their giant new performing arts center.

-What the heck would UA put where DKE/SNU/PhiGam/Beta are? More stores? Doubt it.

Bryce Hospital is becoming the performing arts center.

Many buildings from the former Bryce campus have been retained for repurposing. The original Bryce Hospital main building is the most notable of these. In addition to locating the welcome center, museum and other functions in the historic building, a northerly extension will create a new Performing Arts Activity Center. The center will include faculty offices, rehearsal spaces and three performing arts theaters.
