The three top houses

If you had to say which three houses are top 3, who would you say and why?
Mine would be:
DDD, XO and KKG
IMO tri delt has the best mix of girls, chi o is the best academically focused house and kappa is the best party house.
Honorable mentions: PM is the best looks house, closely followed by ZTA. AXO was definitely top 3 until pc’20 ran home and started a ruckus.

There are a lot of beautiful ddds but they generally aren’t the hot girl or pageant girl type. Honestly all the houses have some beautiful girls so no one house has a monopoly.

I would honestly put AGD over DDD in the looks category. They have soooo many pageant girls in that house. I don’t think they recruit for looks, but the beauty queens love them

Ok AXO and KD I can understand, but Aphi and ADPi? Just no..
Both great houses, but neither of them excel in more than one of factors: retention, grades, involvement, philantropy, sisterhood, looks or tradition. Great houses but not top three material

Did you read? I only picked those four houses because they are the ones the stupid troll attacks the most. They all must be great for them to spend so much time all over Greek Rank posting hate about them.
Personally I think AXO is the only true top 3, but KD is top 5 and APHI took a great class this year. I don't actually know much about ADPi's class, but I have a friend in ADPi and she's happy with their girls.

AGD and DDD have so much more involvement than PM. Honestly I think those two have more involvement than XO.

Very true. I agree that AGD and DDD, along with AXO and XO, are The most involved houses here.

AXO isn’t number one here anymore. That could change but PM XO DDD and KKG are the very top with AXO ZTA and AGD coming in a close second for now. KD is middle tier with PBP APHI and ADPI.

Tri Delt is not a looks house. There are some cute girls, but they just don’t have the hot factor of some of the other houses.
The looks houses are ZTA PM AlphaPhi and also even DZ more than DDD. Could see DDD putting themselves in the academic category more than the looks category.
