The three top houses

If you had to say which three houses are top 3, who would you say and why?
Mine would be:
DDD, XO and KKG
IMO tri delt has the best mix of girls, chi o is the best academically focused house and kappa is the best party house.
Honorable mentions: PM is the best looks house, closely followed by ZTA. AXO was definitely top 3 until pc’20 ran home and started a ruckus.

Except for PM pc20. They’re not a looks class at all. Very strange mix of homely looking girls that look like they just came straight from Catholic school.

KD is definitely top for a select group of pnms and people from certain areas of Alabama! But I don’t see them as one of the overall top 3

KD is definitely not top three. I don’t think we can narrow it down to three because there are several top houses that pull girls from different areas. I think we have a top 6:
KKG, XO, DDD, AGD, PM, AGD.

First Circle. Always have been top three, always will be. Other houses come in and out of popularity. These three have stood the test of time.

First circle is the first sororities on campus to have houses. So they are old and prestigious to alabama and southern girls

It’s honestly so telling that AXO is a top house by the absolute over reaction everyone has had to that one pledges dumb video. Like y’all have been WAITING for them to mess up and now y’all are trying to act like they aren’t a good house because of ONE girl. Sorry but one girl just isn’t enough

I disagree. I feel like AXO has gotten lazy, taking their “top” status for granted, and stopped looking for the hidden gems during rush. Instead they go for more just rich, pretty girls. If you wanna stay on top you have to work for it

Hidden gems? What are you even talking about. AXO, along with Phi Mu, XO, and other top houses don’t have to look for “hidden gems”. They all know who they’re rushing before rush week even starts. Stop hating on them, they are a great house.

I think the “top 3” (meaning always at or close to the top and reasonably consistent in that) would be AXO, PM and DDD. That said, I would think there is more of a natural top 5 that can be in any order and includes Kappa and XO in the group. I think AGD and KD are not consistently with the other old row houses.

Zeta, you’re a great house. Top 6, yes, but not top 3.
Top 5 are DDD, PM, XO, KKG, AXO
Zeta comes in tied with AGD for 6.

Those are probably the 3 houses who manage to appeal to in state and out of state the best. Tri delt and kappa for sure

My top 5 would be AXO, AGD, XO, DDD, and KKG, and I think it’s just personal preference at that point who is your top 3. PM did great this year, but their past 2 PCs have lacked. AXO, AGD, and KKG all had solid but great rushes, and XO and DDD had above average rushes for them.
