What qualifies a pnm as a “top girl” ?

And existing connections within a house. Very common to be a top girl for one house and not on the radar for another.

All about the total package— solid academics, extracurricular, leadership, looks, personality, style and most importantly, relationships of some sort with existing sorority girls.
