If half of the girls in OR went out of state they would end up in a bottom tier house.
Old Row is made up of:
1/3 top PNMs
1/3 overweight
1/3 bland but okay
Kd - 2/3 of the actives want to drop but being in state dropping isn’t a thing, one of the worse sisterhoods on campus, and they don’t participate in events.
Chi O/Alpha gam - great girls but it’s not a house for everyone.
Kappa - very similar to KD just a bit better. I personally like them, but let’s be real they don’t care about their philanthropy, grades are just ok and half of the girls are overweight. If a rando came to their house they wouldn’t believe you classify them as “top”
And on the other hand you have houses like ZTA and Pi Phi that are very good & consistent but because they aren’t “OR” they aren’t top. Like seriously get out of here.
And before someone implies I’m in either house I’m not. I’m just tired of all the bs. I realize ZTA isn’t perfect but they are well liked and recruit well. Their biggest issue is their lack of retention in my opinion.
Pi Phi has been killing it for years and someone people like you think KD is better.....
Real Ranks not based on BS (no particular order within tiers)
Top: Alpha Chi, Phi Mu, Tri Delt, ZTA, Chi O, Pi Phi
Middle: Alpha Gam, Kappa, ADPi, DG, KD, Alpha Phi
Bottom: Gamma Phi, DZ, AOPi
Theta, SK, SDT

And for the record I think gamma phi is on its way to take over alpha phi as middle tier. Last two pledge classes have been pretty solid (with the exception of a few.) They already have better grades/involvement than alpha phi.
Keep it up. We see y’alls improvement.
