Actually it is tho... No this group might not be as traditionally strong as OR but these houses have been on an upward trend. 2-3 years ago AOPi and DZ were undisputed bottom and now the consensus seems to be that they've leveled up.

Good thing there's still plenty of room in their houses for members they didn't get but still need. Because they are doing COB right now. Even though they are allowed to invite more PNMs every round and take bigger pledge classes with quota additions, all of new row except DG is on the new updated list. Copypasta from panhellenic:

Don’t be so dramatic. We know, by nature, that 1/2 of the houses will be eligible for COB. We also know that old row houses generally have better retention for multiple reasons. Therefore, new row houses are usually below total. It’s not groundbreaking.

The houses eligible for COB last fall (2019) were:
Alpha Delta Chi, Alpha Phi, Delta Zeta, Gamma Phi Beta, Sigma Delta Tau, and Sigma Kappa
The houses eligible for spring (2020) were:
Alpha Delta Chi, Alpha Delta Pi, Alpha Omicron Pi, Alpha Phi, Delta Zeta, Gamma Phi Beta, Sigma Delta Tau, Sigma Kappa, and Zeta Tau Alpha
So changes? yep apparently.
