girls in houses usually know whether the girl they are talking to wants their house or not. some of the pnms will even reach out to tell them that (if they were friends prior). it’s the sad reality, but every house loses some top girls. a houses desirability changes every year. axo, zeta, ddd, and phi mu were the most desired this year by far.

Yes because so many girls cross rush Alpha Gam and Zeta. 🙄 Those houses are SUCH opposites. Zeta is already on here preparing to make their annual “we swept rush” statements before they inevitably do spring COB to make up for poor retention. It’s possible Alpha Gam didn’t have a great rush, but this sounds like the yearly Zeta ploy to hype themselves up.

Bids went out 2 hours ago. How do you know AGD didn’t get a great PC- from some girls Instagram aesthetic...cause we all know girls who have great social media make the best sisters!! Please!!! I know several girls who went AGD and they are kind, very smart, thoughtful, strong leaders, and cute! In what world does that create a negative PC? I agree with this. I don’t think AGD had a great rush this year but it had nothing to do with Zeta.
