What makes a good resume for rush? Do the chapters actually care about what is on your resume? Do they only get your resume from rec letters?

They definitely care about what is on your resume: grades, leadership, activities, volunteer service, hobbies. Your resume will be uploaded by the alum writing your rec, so make sure it is done carefully. There are some great examples online.
