They have date parties every month, had a full swap schedule from what I heard/saw on Instagram. They have a sweet sisterhood and a good reputation. I haven’t met an aopi that doesn’t like her house.

Nice girls with good grades and involvement
Recruiting better lately but still a mix of cute girls and awkward girls
Beautiful new physical house
Not too popular with most frats and rarely see them out
Low drama and good sisterhood
