truth about zeta?

I’m very confused about zeta? some people rank them top tier but then other people seem to view them towards the bottom? Is it really self ranking?

Sorry, yes lots of self ranking. They have a strong insta game, but that’s really their best feature. Solid mid-their house due to popularity with fraternities.
