how would you know anything about their sisterhood if you aren’t in it yourself? also, how do you know their retention is necessarily bad? houses cob for different reasons. there’s no way for you to know who’s dropping unless you’re an exec member for zeta. the zeta hate posts stem from straight jealousy because everyone knows that zeta is very popular here. It’s going to be even worse now that an instagram account ranked them higher than every other house and actives are worried that pnms are going to see it and apply it when they are making their decision.

You guys are so predictable 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 let the zeta bashing continue. What the hell do you care what they do or what their house is like. Mind your own business and worry about your own damn house! Your obsession is just sad!!!

And ALL houses don’t have issues with this. Over HALF the houses have great grades and are above the all women average.
Only a FEW houses have problems with retention, which you do. Blame it on whatever you want. It doesn’t make it go away.

not a zeta but in a NR house that also has “bad retention”. the most likely reason for this is because they have more out of state than in state and it can be more difficult to retain members when they’re paying out of state tuition AND sorority dues. the reason likely doesn’t have to do with their sisterhood or anything else like that. OR houses retain more members bc their ratio of in state vs out of state is much higher than NR houses. a lot of it also has to do with tradition. legacies whose families went to UA are more likely to stay for the whole four years as opposed to a first generation member. pnm’s, don’t let anything like this scare you away from a certain house.
