Not different. Literally the same house and they pledge very similar girls.

DZ and GPhi r basically the same lmao but ive seen more out of the box girls at gphi & they don’t seem that into looks based off insta

DZ has prettier girls than GPB imo. And they aren’t as obsessed with trying to compete with Alpha Phi like GPB is.
