Ranking on Different Categories

So i've seen a lot of other people do this and I wanted to..I feel like you get more of a feel for the houses this way rather than a stereotypical rank. All my personal opinions and you're 100% allowed to disagree.
GRADES - These are based off of studying Fall 2017-Fall 2019 grade reports and mostly evening out where they tend to fall, but Fall 2019 being the strongest reasoning behind them. Spring 2019 not included bc it hasn’t been released.
TOP: Alpha Chi, Alpha Gam, Chi O, DG (always the top)
MID TOP: Tri Delt, ADPi, AOPi
MID: Phi Mu, KD, PiPhi (these three seem to flip flop every year putting them solidly together, ik ADPi tied in the fall but other than that ADPi has always been higher)
LOWER MID: Theta, KKG, Zeta, DZ (Theta and KKG I could see the argument for middle)
BOTTOM: SK, GPhi, APhi
LOOKS - I feel like this is very vain, but at the end of the day there are “looks” houses and this is important to some pnms. I personally think there are beautiful girls in every single house :)
TOP: Phi Mu, Zeta, APhi
MID TOP: PiPhi, KKG, Alpha Chi, Tri Delt
MID: Chi O, Alpha Gam, ADPi, GPhi
LOWER MID: AOPi, DG, KD, DZ
BOTTOM: SK, Theta
PHILANTHROPY - I’m gonna be honest, if there is one topic I feel I’m wrong about, it could be this. I really don’t know how active every house is with their philanthropy because I’m not in every house and I feel like it’s the kinda thing you only really know if you’re super involved in your house bc I don’t even know how much my own house raised this year. I think every house tries to be as active as they can in their philanthropy and some are just easier than others :)
TOP: Tri Delt, DG (I mean anchorsplash? Come onnnnn, easily best event all year)
MID TOP: ADPi, Alpha Gam, Alpha Chi, Phi Mu
MID: AOPi, Chi O, SK, Theta
LOWER MID: APhi, Zeta, KKG, DZ (These I only remember hearing about one event for)
BOTTOM: GPhi, PiPhi, KD (I’m sorry I just don’t remember any of their events I could be totally wrong)

CAMPUS INVOLVEMENT - This is also really hard but ik some people really care about this, so this is honestly a guess and why I lumped things together in bigger categories.
TOP: Alpha Gam, Alpha Chi, AOPi, DG, Tri Delt, ADPi, Phi Mu, PiPhi, Chi O
MID: SK, DZ, Theta, KD, KKG
BOTTOM: APhi, Zeta, GPhi
PARTYING/SWAPS/DATE PARTIES - as it says, based off of if IK they had a ton of swaps/date parties and if I met a ton when I went out or not.
TOP: Zeta, PiPhi, KKG, KD (I’m gonna say it: zeta and piphi stay having the cutest swap and date party themes)
MID TOP: APhi, Alpha Chi, GPhi, AOPi (y’all can knock me for aopi but my roomie is one and they’re the only house that ik had spring swaps and they had swaps every week in the fall/and ik APHi had their swaps cancelled in the fall which is why they’re mid top not top bc they still do party a ton)
MID: DZ, Chi O, ADPi
LOWER MID: DG, Phi Mu, Tri Delt, Alpha Gam (nothing bad, they just don’t go out as much, still had their fair share of swaps and date parties)
LOWER: Theta, SK (just not a lot of swaps at all)
RETENTION - I think this is something a LOT of people don’t think about, but I think it’s the best way to see if people like their sorority or not is how many members stay all four years and how many drop. I also looked at grade reports for the total members while keeping in mind who participates in COBing. IK some girls graduate early, but typically not enough do to warrant having to COB.
TOP: Chi O, KKG, Alpha Chi, KD, DG (all have 430+ members which is a really strong number and of course don’t COB)
MID TOP: Phi Mu, Theta, Tri Delt, Alpha Gam (all solidly 400+ members and don’t have to participate in COB)
MID: PiPhi, AOPi, ADPi (all are around or just under 400 members and participated in Spring Recruitment/COB this year for the first time in a long time)
LOWER MID: Zeta, SK (Zeta participates in Spring Recruitment/COB almost every year and SK is brand new and has a decent amount of members considering that)
BOTTOM: GPhi, DZ, APhi (All COB fall AND spring which is why they’re here, and they’re not new like SK so)

FRIENDLINESS/LACK OF DRAMA - Honestly something else people don’t think about is how friendly the house is known to be lmao. Houses at the top are the nicest and have the least amount of drama surrounding them :)
TOP: DG, AOPi, SK (really never hear about them [in a good way] and all the girls I’ve met are superrrr nice)
MID TOP: PiPhi, Alpha Chi, Chi O (all three super nice but there’s drama every now and then)
MID: DZ, Theta, ADPi, KKG (Met a lot of nice girls in DZ, met a few nice girls and a few meh girls in ADPi but ADPi stays out of drama, KKG girls are the chillest laid back girls, and I’d rank Theta higher because all of the ones I know are nice but there is some drama)
LOWER MID: Alpha Gam, KD, Tri Delt (KD can be stuck up sometimes and Alpha Gam can be a little holier than thou but I’ve also met several nice girls in each; I’ve only met nice Tri Delts but w the drama is seems like they’re cliquey and stuck up sometimes too)
BOTTOM: GPhi, Phi Mu, Zeta, Alpha Phi (a lot of phi mu/zeta/alpha phi girls are really stuck up which sucks, and a lot of gphi/zeta/alpha phi girls are just plain mean and have a lot of drama, all four are cliquey)
ALL AROUND: combination of all categories.
TOP: Alpha Chi, Chi O, Phi Mu, Tri Delt
MID TOP: Alpha Gam, KKG, DG
MID: AOPi, ADPi, DZ, GPhi
LOWER MID: Zeta, Alpha Phi, KD
BOTTOM: SK, Theta

You wasted your time writing this. Some of the information is just plain wrong. If you haven’t met girls in the house how do you know what they are like? This is really ridiculous at this point. Having AOPi, ADPi, DZ, DG and Gamma Phi above KD and Zeta in the combined categories? C’mon now....

I've met at least 20+ girls in every house, and follow even more on social media. Do i know all 380+ members in every house? no. Don't be mad I put your sorority (zeta) beneath genuinely nice, involved, and intelligent groups of girls.

This is probably the most unreliable thing I’ve seen on greekrank thus far and this is coming from someone in a house who ranked pretty well in all categories. There’s no possible way to measure some of these things. Every house has pretty girls, smart girls, and girls who care about campus involvement. Can we please stop acting like we are in High School?

SOCIAL MEDIA - okay this doesn’t really matter at all, but I’m a huge instagram and I just love love love an aesthetic instagram feed so play along for my benefit. This really doesn’t have much to do w followers but that does play a tiny part.
TOP: DZ (!!! Obsessed w this filter), PiPhi, Phi Mu, Zeta (PiPhi and DZ have the most cohesive and aesthetic feeds which is why I like them best, Zeta and Phi Mu are both really good and visually appealing w the followers to boot)
MID TOP: Alpha Chi, APhi, SK, Tri Delt, Chi O (Chi O nails the red and yellow theme without making it too much, same w Tri Delt and the blue and yellow theme, SK has a REALLY good insta their social media chair is killing it, and AChi has a fun colorful feed, and APhi is pretty w a lot of followers but a LOT of those followers are fake)
MID: AOPi , ADPi, Alpha Gam (AOPi is cute they just need to stop w the solid red graphics but the red theme is pretty, ADPi had a blue theme for a bit I liked but them and Alpha Gam and both just kinda forgettable to me now)
LOWER MID: DG, Theta, GPhi (DG posts a lot of individual pictures which I don’t like personally bc making friends and sisterhood is the goal, Theta has black borders on their pics sometimes which looks odd, and GPhi has a super cute insta, they just post the same ten girls over and over)
BOTTOM: KD, KKG (please, start using some Lightroom presets that aren’t blue toned and make the green/blue theme much more subtle)
DESIRABILITY FOR PNMS - I feel this is really hard and where most of the typical ranks come from, so I have decided to split it into two: In State/Southern PNMs and OOS/OOR PNMs because I feel this is very different depending where you’re from.
