there’s nothing wrong with wanting houses like aphi and zeta. HOWEVER, if the only reason you want aphi or zeta is because of how hot frat guys think they are, that’s a little sad and really shallow

Top houses don't rush PNMs like this, so I doubt they would care. It's good that girls with this focus have a place to pledge, but it won't be OR.

a bunch of alums from other sororities that are only successful in the south don't want alpha phi or theta to succeed because they are very good nationally. phi mu, aopi, kd, zta, agd, axo are very weak nationally and have some of their best chapters at bama. especially phi mu. bama is their best chapter.

WTH does that even mean? What does a chapter being strong "nationally" do for you if you even if you move back to your home state? Do you have a bigger national convention every year? Because everyone cares about that.
