Top 5 had the best past two PCs and are super prominent on campus. KD and PM had less than optimal PCs the past two years. ZTA has taken over Phi Mu has the top looks house, but PM has better grades, involvement, and retention than ZTA. Pi Phi had an amazing rush for PC18, and this last one was pretty good to. ADPi had a bad rush last year and DG and AOPi stole girls that prob would have went ADPi years before. DZ and G Phi had pretty good rushes last year as well. A Phi is really climbing back up after their scandals. Theta is struggling a bit and SK is just new, but they have some great leadership and spirit.

ZTA are the beautiful girls like it or not- and everyone wants it this year. I haven't met anyone who wanted AGD- Don't know why that's just how it is- but they did drop so many people- they must have a very targeted list which is fine- just don't know anyone on it and still going. Top ones - AXO, zeta, XO and Pi Phi. PM having a hard time this year with retention rates- heard something about it but I have no idea if it's true and maybe cuz last few years pledge classes but I would still think they are a good house.

Replace DDD and KKG with ZTA and PM and I would say it's accurate. But no difference between chapters on each line. PM has had a few off years but they will get back on track. ZTA has moved up and everyone wants it. Nobody gets excited about DDD or KKG but they are good second choices.

Ever thought that ZTA does COB’s because there are many girls who literally can’t go through rush right now? Crimsonettes, Cheerleaders and etc. Think outside of the box instead of what you choose to see.
This site is so fake. I am not in a sorority and never have been. So PNM’s I recommend you all stop reading this because
1. Self ranking
2. Other PNM’s are probably ranking and saying things they have “heard” or who has the prettiest house.
Go with who you feel comfortable with and not what any thing on here says. Or not with what your friends say.
If you do this you will land exactly where you should be. Also don’t forget, not only do you pick them, they pick you. So please don’t have your heart set on one house. Keep an open mind. Don’t you want someone who also wants you?

Only houses that are eligible to do COB can do COB, and to be eligible their membership has to have dropped below the house total number that Panhellenic decides. Zeta is always eligible, so their membership drops below that number. Panhellenic posts the houses that are eligible on their site in the fall after rush and in the spring. COB is not a plan to pledge cheerleaders and crimsonettes in the spring.
