Ranking Question
by: -pnmI’m OOR and know I’m more likely to end up getting a bid from NR so wondering what the reasons are that DZ and AOPi are interchangeably ranked as bottom level? Does this just have to do with preference or actual things about the houses? Other houses too if you have an opinion, I see these two moving around the most on here and haven’t met any girls to know. Thanks

dz and aopi have been on the rise and truthfully are both mid tier now, not bottom anymore. Some people refuse to accept this because they hate seething other houses improve, so they tear other girls down to make themselves feel better. A lot of the people that crap on these houses are girls in other mid tier houses that are on the decline, and desperate to make themselves seem better than these houses, or bottom tier houses that don’t want to look like they’ve been surpassed

It's not the upper tier houses tearing down the mid and lower tier houses, they don't need to. It's the mid and lower tier houses trying to push each other down to raise their own standing.

Upper houses dgaf about lower houses. It’s all other lower houses trying to keep themselves from falling to the very bottom.

Both DZ and AOPi can’t compete with the southern prestige of old row houses but have lots of OOR diversity. AOPi takes themselves a little too seriously and DZ maybe not serious enough. That being said all the girls I know in both houses were able to find friends, go to fraternity date parties/formals, and have a fun greek experience

Someone finally said it. It’s a rush strategy for mid and upper houses to tear down these houses so pnms go in already not wanting them, and the houses have less competition for pnms
