what makes a highly sought after PNM?

A gorgeous girl, usually southern if not from AL, probably skinny, GPA of 3.5 or higher, has goals, knows how to party but keeps that private, a nice social media feed is cool but isn't that important.

I was a top PNM when I went through recruitment. I was was healthy like I worked out and ate right, I dressed very put together for recruitment, I also had goals and discussed them with the girls along with conversations about basic things. My GPA was a 3.74, I'm from a neighboring southern state but not Bama. I did talk to two of the top houses before getting to recruitment which made me feel much more comfortable when I got on campus.

Top pnms are different for every house. A person could be a top in one house and not another. Just keep your Instagram clean and you should be okay. You can also become a top pnm during rush if you have great convos with the people you talk to

I was a top pnm from the north, way oor, 4.0+ gpa, good involvement and leadership, not drop dead gorgeous but I’d say more on the cute side and put together, and had recs for every house. had a full card every round and my only drops were from old row. sat in the front of most of the new row parties and had really genuine conversations, was often sat near/in the same area as girls I could tell were “top pnms” from alabama
