got a sister kicked out

Our house has a strict no alcohol policy. They found it in my room and I blamed it on my roommate who was already being terminated for her GPA. I can’t say anything now because I’d get kicked out. She knows I blamed her and she’s ok with it but I’m quitting soon anyway. Should I tell our JB?
