In most sororities, it is possible to be president the spring of your sophomore year through the fall of your junior year. Especially if you serve on exec the term before (freshman spring/sophomore fall). I believe DG also had a sophomore president recently.

I remember in Alpha Phi philanthropy round they pushed their narrative about girls being young on their exec and getting plenty of opportunities to do so. I guess they weren’t lying
