A Phi and DG weren’t here yet. SK was still here—they’d leave around 1995ish. SDT still was doing formal rush.
Ranks were basically the same—the only one I can think of that’s different at all is that Alpha Gam was a little higher then. There was a wider gap between Old Row and New Row than now—even the best NR house was not as good as the worst OR house.

Aopi was the top new row sorority probably followed by zeta which wasn't a looks sorority at the time. Theta was mid along with pi phi and adpi. Next DZ. Bottom was gamma phi and SK.
Old row was ranked higher than new row. Alpha gam was higher rated than it is today. Kd was more dominant.

AOPi is a house full of great girls, but they have always been mid-bottom of new row. Top new row in the 90s was always Zeta, Pi Phi and ADPi. True Zeta was not a looks house at that time and had great retention rates. They focused more on quality than looks.
Alpha Gam was higher than it is now and KD was much better then, too. Alpha Chi and Phi Mu seem to have replaced those two. I think that happened during the early-mid 2000s.

Aopi waa higher ranked than pi phi until pi phi got a new house. That’s when they went up in ranking and in 1993 Aopi waa higher ranked than AdPi. I am not sure when Adpi made the move.

I was there 98-02 and Pi Phi had their new house then. They were top of new row along with Zeta. Then the order went ADPi, AOPi, Theta, DZ and GPB.
For Old Row I’d say it was the usual KKG/KD/XO/DDD at the top and then AXO, PM and AGD.
Not much has changed in 20 years, but glad to see the three new houses: DG, SK and APhi!
